How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping within the USA (excluding HI & AK) is available for all orders. Faster shipping options (3-Day to Guaranteed Next Day Delivery) can be selected at checkout for an additional fee. International orders over $400 qualify for free shipping.
How long until my order ships?
Orders placed by 12pm EST from Monday to Friday ship out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm ship next business day guarantee.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship internationally to an expanding list of countries. See the full list during checkout's shipping stage.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
All packages are shipped in unmarked boxes (brown or standard USPS) for privacy with a discreet return address.
What if my item breaks during shipping?
To file a damage claim, notify support within 72 hours of delivery with order number and photos of packaging and damaged item(s). Keep the package until speaking with a rep; a prepaid return label may be provided for returning the package. Learn more about our return policy or file a return using the links below
Do you ship to a PO Box?
Shipping to PO Boxes is possible with USPS. To ship to a PO Box, choose USPS as the carrier, not FedEx, as FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
