Frequently Asked Questions

How big is the Hemper - Palm Tree XL Bong 10.5"?
It stands about 10.5 inches tall — a comfortable everyday size with room for real filtration.
What material is the Hemper - Palm Tree XL Bong 10.5" made from?
It is made of glass. Clean it regularly and it will perform like day one.
How fast does the Hemper - Palm Tree XL Bong 10.5" ship?
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on business days are processed the same day. Every Hemper - Palm Tree XL Bong 10.5" order ships tracked, in plain discreet packaging, typically arriving within 2–5 days.
What size bong should I choose?
Smaller bongs (under 10") deliver more flavor and are easier to store and clean; larger pieces (14"+ ) give bigger, smoother hits thanks to more water filtration and cooling distance. If it's your first piece, a 10-12" beaker is the classic starting point.
How do I know what joint size my bong uses?
Most bongs use a 14mm or 18mm ground-glass joint; smaller pieces sometimes use 10mm. Check the product specs above — the bowl included with your bong will match. If you're replacing a bowl, measure the inside diameter of the joint or compare it to a dime (14mm) or a nickel (18mm).
What does a percolator actually do?
A percolator breaks your smoke into smaller bubbles as it passes through water, increasing surface contact for cooling and filtration. Tree, honeycomb, matrix, and inline percs each trade off smoothness against drag — more diffusion means cooler hits but slightly more pull resistance.
How often should I clean my bong?
For the best flavor, change the water daily and deep-clean weekly with 91-99% isopropyl alcohol and coarse salt. Shake, let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Regular cleaning prevents resin buildup and keeps percolators working like new.
Is thicker glass worth it?
Thicker glass (5mm+) survives the bumps and tip-overs that end most bongs' lives, and it feels noticeably more solid in hand. If you use your piece daily or have pets, kids, or clumsy friends around, thick glass is the best insurance you can buy.

How to get it right

1

Fill to the percs

Water should just cover the percolator slits - too much causes splash, too little kills filtration.

2

Grind and pack loose

A medium grind packed loose keeps airflow open and burns even. A screen keeps the bowl clean.

3

Fresh water, every time

Daily water changes and a weekly iso-and-salt shake keep every hit tasting like the first one.
